Since our founding in 2025, our mission has been to serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas that honor both history and health. Most of our ingredients come directly from the Campania region, ensuring genuine flavors that have stood the test of time.
Our dough is the essence of our "New Lifestyle Food" philosophy – created using the meticulous pre-fermentation method, a traditional technique that results in a more digestible and flavorful crust: light and fluffy, yet wonderfully crispy.

Did you know? The pre-fermentation method dates back centuries in the Italian bread-making tradition. This slow fermentation process not only creates exceptional flavor complexity but also breaks down gluten proteins, making the pizza more digestible compared to modern quick-rise doughs. Pizza Chef Stasiuk Sorin Andrei
Our Pizza Chef Stasiuk Sorin Andrei brings with him a wealth of international experience gained in the most prestigious venues in Saint-Tropez, Monte Carlo, Dubai, and Zurich. His mastery has been recognized worldwide, having participated in the 2018 World Pizza Championship in Parma, where he competed among 56 nations and more than 526 pizza chefs in the STG Verace Napoletana Pizza category.
In Saint-Tropez, Chef Andrei had the honor of preparing his creations for international celebrities such as Sylvester Stallone and his family, world-famous footballers like Marco Verratti from PSG and Ezequiel Lavezzi formerly of Napoli, as well as the famous Victoria's Secret models Cindy Bruna and Izabel Goulart.

Culinary Mastery
Alongside our exceptional pizza chef, Chef Michele Genco enriches every dish with his Calabrian heritage and vast international experience. Together, these two masters create a gastronomic experience that transports our guests directly to the sunny coasts of southern Italy.
